Outstaffing is a model that offers companies access to the Ukrainian IT market without having their own legal entity or office in Ukraine.
Our clients normally have a technical team in Europe or elsewhere sitting in-house working as consultants or working on their own digital products and solutions. The clients typically have a problem hiring enough skilled people locally either because of high salaries or simply because the market does not have enough skilled people locally to support the demand in their industry. We offer our clients to extend their team by hiring people in Ukraine to work exclusively for them just as if they were a part of their organization – the only difference is that they sit and work from our offices most of the time.
So, the typical collaboration starts with the client telling us what they need during several meetings, we then start looking in the market for such people, we do the initial interviews and if they are a match with the client needs and fit socially and from a cultural perspective, we present them to the client.
The client interviews the candidates via video conference and if the client also likes the candidate, we offer the candidate a job. If the candidate accepts our offer, then we provide office space and infrastructure for them to sit and work remotely in our office for the client.
We have plenty of experience working with this model both as a client and as providers, so we believe that we are in a very good position to both recruit the right people but also to advise and consult our clients on how to make the best possible collaboration working in a distributed team with several locations.
As we are present in Ukraine, we help the you with salary negotiations and retention of the staff. We do our best making sure that your people have the best possible working conditions to perform their work. We do social events and education programs as well as help with arranging business trips so your people can visit you locally or help you if you want to come and visit your team in Ukraine. We make sure to comply with local legislation and handle all necessary paperwork and finance. All in all we make sure that everything works so that you and your team can focus on delivering value for you and your company.
